Choosing to work on your consciousness takes time, patience and courage.  The fearlessness you will need to inhabit your life fully and learn from yourself how you think will change your life completely.  There is nothing I can tell you that you cannot tell yourself; however, a good teacher once said to me I had to learn how to listen to myself, I had to learn how to learn about myself.  In doing these two things I began the path toward liberation for to raise my consciousness meant I had to know the heavy lifting necessary and the eventual choice of nourishment by history or witnessing another way.

I have been lucky to find teachers at those moments I needed them.

 

 I learned yoga from B.K.S. Iyengar and became a Iyengar Yoga Teacher.

I learned Kriya Meditation from Sri Goswami Kriyanada  and became a Certified Kriya Meditation Teacher

​

I learned ancient medicine ways from a Lakota Medicine Man named Joe and wrote a book about it still learning how to learn from myself what I should do with this knowledge.

I'm a Certified Wilderness First Responder, A Licensed Professional Development Provider, a Certified Teacher for grades 6-12 in English and Music, I have taught at universities and I am a professional artist.

​

I've hiked 1000's of miles in the most beautiful, inspiring, harshest places the U.S.A. has to offer and have returned each time with more questions, less answers and more desire to know.  I have backpacked into wilderness and stayed for weeks getting down to the "marrow" of my situation and returned each time a better person.

I've worked on my farm until my body ached and exhaustion was something less then what I felt and I found I was getting closer to the truth.

I've read 1000's of books, attended 100's of lectures and classes and still I know it is my experiences which teach me more every time.

 

I move closer to knowing, witnessing, believing with each moment I spend living.
